Can I mail back the completed application?
No, unfortunately you are unable to mail in a completed self-exclusion form. You must submit in person. This is for your own protection.
Can I place a family member with a gambling problem on the list?
No, you may not sign anyone else on the self-exclusion list. Placement on the list is entirely voluntary and must be done by the individual seeking exclusion.
What will happen after I sign up for self-exclusion?
For the length of your self-exclusion:
You will not receive any correspondence from Twin River Casino Hotel.
Rewards Club benefits will be suspended/terminated.
You will be removed from our mailing list (direct mail/email).
Check cashing & credit card cash advance privileges will be revoked.
You will be unable to receive participate in any promotions/gift giveaways.
